Island Sports Physical Therapy in East Northport is a friendly and caring professional practice that provides an encouraging environment to attain all of your goals. We are a 30-year-old practice treating our Northwestern Suffolk County Communities. At Island Sports Physical Therapy in East Northport, we provide individualized hands-on care to enhance your rehabilitation. We utilize our extensive array of exercise equipment and modalities to care for your injury. We have taken technology and education and created a marriage of medicine and exercise science.
Island Sports has earned a great reputation with Huntington Hospital, St. Catherine’s, St Charles, Good Samaritan, and Mather Hospital. We work closely with all local high school athletes from Commack, Northport, John Glenn, Kings Park, and Half Hollow Hills. We proudly provide care for NYFD, NYPD, SCPD, NCPD members, as well as our local Volunteer Fire Departments and local EMS workers.

Take L.I.E. to exit 51 north Deer Park Avenue. Pass Dix Hills Fire Department, bearing right at split in the road. Continue approximately 1.2 miles to Route 25 (Jericho Tpke.).
